Any individual, website, email, social media account, or organization claiming to represent The Zein Group Holding Company for the purpose of:

  • collecting funds,
  • offering investment products,
  • providing brokerage services,
  • requesting deposits,
  • or guaranteeing financial returns,

is acting without authorization and may be engaging in fraudulent activity.

The Zein Group Holding Company is a private family investment holding structure managing proprietary capital only. The Group does not provide public financial services, asset management for third parties, brokerage services, crowdfunding, trading accounts, or payment services.

The Group conducts its activities exclusively through direct institutional relationships and formally documented agreements.

The Zein Group Holding Company accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from unauthorized third-party representations, impersonation attempts, or fraudulent schemes using the Group’s name, brand, or identity.

Any suspected impersonation or misuse of the Group’s identity should be reported immediately to the appropriate legal authorities.
