Each issuance is strictly secured by high-quality underlying collateral held by the Group, consisting of proprietary physical real-world assets, including physical gold holdings and prime real estate. The proceeds generated from these private instruments are directly deployed into stable, real asset allocations within the Group’s own capital base, ensuring alignment with long-term balance sheet stability. All operations are conducted within a segregated institutional framework to maintain a clear structural distinction between proprietary collateral and capital deployment activities. These instruments are managed under rigorous internal risk governance, with additional platform-level safeguards embedded through the Zein Lion Platform to address extreme market conditions and systemic stress scenarios.
