Operational products, such as classified phones and secure headsets available to institutional clients, are exclusively provided by The Zein & Co, an administrative entity registered in Lebanon that manages operational and regulatory affairs. The Zein & Co is a licensed operator under Lebanese export control laws and serves governmental bodies as well as qualified institutional clients.
These products include both encrypted and non-encrypted communication solutions and may be classified as “controlled cryptographic items” under the UK Strategic Export Control Lists and EU Dual-Use Regulations.
The Zein & Co does not export or distribute these products from within the United Kingdom or the European Union. All shipments are dispatched from Lebanon in compliance with local regulations.
Customers located in the UK, EU, or other jurisdictions bear sole responsibility for:
Securing appropriate import licences or authorisations for cryptographic products under their local laws.
Adhering to any relevant restrictions imposed by national or regional authorities.
We advise UK clients to consult the UK Export Control Joint Unit (ECJU)
EU clients should refer to their respective national export control offices, such as:

France – SBDU
