The Zein Group Holding Company of Great Britain serves as the exclusive economic holder of the Group’s intellectual property portfolio within the UK. All rights are formally assigned under internal governance protocols and safeguarded in accordance with applicable legal frameworks. No redistribution, sublicensing, or commercial transfer of any proprietary asset is permitted without formal agreement.

Classified operational assets, including secure infrastructures and encrypted communication systems, are reserved exclusively for institutional use. They are managed and executed by the holding entity in Lebanon, in unification of responsibility and international identity, and in adherence to family transparency.

The Zein Group Holding Company operates in full strategic alignment, pursuing a unified institutional vision under sovereign and legal protocols. It is a registered entity under Lebanese export control law and conducts its affairs in accordance with applicable regulatory provisions.

These assets may include both encrypted and non-encrypted communication solutions and may fall under the classification of “controlled cryptographic items” pursuant to the UK Strategic Export Control Lists and EU Dual-Use Regulations.

The Zein Group does not export or distribute these assets from within the United Kingdom or the European Union. All shipments are dispatched exclusively from Lebanon in full compliance with local legislation.

Clients based in the UK, EU, or other jurisdictions bear sole responsibility for:

Obtaining appropriate import licences or authorisations for cryptographic assets under their respective national laws.

Adhering to any applicable restrictions imposed by national or regional authorities.
